spring wishlist

spring wishlist

Sometimes making a list like this feels lame to me, and I don’t do it very often, because I don’t really need any of these things at all. Except maybe the sunglasses. Mine got crushed a couple of months ago by someone who shall remain nameless.

I always enjoy looking at wishlists made by other people, so I finally decided to make my own. If I was given a shopping spree this month, these are the things I’d buy…

1 // A classic. In the spring, summer, and fall, leather sandals are pretty much my standard.

2 // Polka dot shorts! These might be my favorite shorts (from Target too!). I’ve been wearing the same two pairs for about 4 years, and it’s time for a new pair or two this year. They’re comfortable and timeless.

3 // A bright, loose tank top. The next best thing to a beach dress for a hot day. Because as much as I may want to live in my swimsuit coverup 24/7 during the summer, it’s just not socially accepted.

4 // Sunglasses. I’ve never splurged on sunglasses before yet, and considering the fate of my last pair that’s probably been wise. However, the Ray-Ban Wayfarer is practically the epitome of sunglasses and I’d really like to invest in these… someday.

5 // Baggu. I am in love with the minimalism and colors of this brand. Plus seahorses? Definitely yes.

6 // A new iPhone case. I haven’t picked one out yet, but I’ve got my eye on a few from Society 6. Considering how often I change my laptop’s desktop background, it’s a wonder I’ve gone over one year without changing iPhone cases! The price tag might have just a little something to do with it…

Happy Spring!
