may / the month in instagrams

[This is the post in which I share photos and a candid review of the month. Click on the photos to read the captions.]

After writing a whole bunch of essays this week in preparation for a dreaded exam, I’m not feeling too terribly wordy. But since I always feel listy, that’s what I’m going to make to recap May. It’s going to be short.

M A Y 2 0 1 4

1 / Unlike everyone else in my life I did not graduate from anything this month. (Sniff, sniff)

2 / The professional photos from my best friend’s wedding were posted this month, and I died from happiness all over again. Reliving a magnificent day in photos is wonderful.

3 / My friend Ruth started a blog! She texted me on a moment’s notice and asked if I could possibly come help her put it together, so we spent a super fun impromptu afternoon in her room doing bloggy stuff together. She’s a talented photographer.

4 / I applied for what could be my first job! Fingers crossed. Actually, there’s just tremendous freedom in being able to not stress over getting/not getting this particular job and say to the Lord in everything, “Your will be done.” He knows what’s best!

5 / If I rack my brain too much longer to think of anything else to add to this list, I’ll just be grasping. Sooooo…

What did May hold for you? I really want to hear. Leave a comment!
