saturdays are for exploring with friends. (and we really weren’t trespassing, even if it appears that way ;))

when your aunt calls at 7:30am to see if you want to go to great america, DO IT. when your cousin asks if you want to go on flight deck, think twice. #iwentonthat #yolo

April threw me for a loop in the best way possible. Like the “we’re driving home tomorrow” news from my parents that sent me in to a packing frenzy (I’m slowly becoming a pro at last-minute packing).
It’s been crazy, it’s been busy, and it’s been GOOD. I feel so thankful to be here. To be able to text a friend and say, “Hey! Are you going to [insert name of whatever event] tomorrow night?” To clean the church with good friends after second service on Sunday. To have dinner with my grandparents and lunch with my Grammy. To run into my auntie while grocery shopping. To go to Trader Joe’s multiple times in a week. To buy organic strawberries at the Saturday farmers market. To spend 6 hours with my best friend in one day. To go to the library and check out stacks of cookbooks. Etc., etc., etc.
I’m not taking anything for granted. April could last forever, but I’m looking forward to May too :)
